Keep spreading the word about us

The next few mails might change your life so take the time to read them, they might be long so you can print it and read it then.  Father in the name of Jesus Christ first of all I would like to thank you for everything you have done in our lives, what you are about to do in us; but moreso I want to praise you for who you are. HALLELLUIAAAAAAA,AMEN! Lord help us to endure these next few mails, let us be edified and trully find out the meaning and come to appreciate the outlined subject. Lord have your way we pray in JESUS NAME!

Now the topic of this study is Suffering. Yes don't run or hide. I didn't say a bad word or something. You probably think its not even for today. Or suffering is in the past or for old people. If you are about to stop reading or go to another page stop now and read on.

What is suffering....?  Pain, intolerable situation. It can be defined as an immensely uncomfortable or undesirable situation or scenario in one's life. Suffering is not neccesarily physical or lack of money. The worse type of suffering is the unseen ones. Like depression or any other type of phycological black eye. Most people would rather have a physical illness than the former, which most often transfers to that.

I like everybody avoided reading Galation when it spoke of the fruits of the spirit as it pertains to long-suffering. Thinking within myself that Christ already suffered so why in God's name must I. But its after going through a rough situations and diverse temptations that I fianally came to appreciate suffering. And believe you me when you get to heaven you are going to complain to God why he didn't make you suffer more when you see the rewards of it.

Take these scriptures and then read the following example of suffering and poem, and thats it for this mail. (1) "Behold I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction" Isaiah 48:10. Those of us who know we are called and chosen think on that scripture. For those that live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. (2) "We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed."
So its established that we must suffer, so might as well we mature and face it.

"One evening the soldiers talked about a girl they had raped many times in the course of the afternoon. Through it all, the girl sang hymns, strange evangelical songs, and she kept on singing, even after they shot her in the chest. She lay on the ground with the blood flowing from her chest, but she kept on singing-a bit weaker than before, but still singing. Then the soldiers grew tired of this and shot her again, but still she sang. And then the soldiers became afraid. Terrified of the girl, they fell upon her with machetes, and at last the singing stopped," >From the New Yorker magazine (December 6, 1993).

About 200 million Christians worldwide suffer discrimination and persecution on a daily basis, and millions more are under threat. As U.S. Secretary of State Madeline Albright said during the September 5 release of her department's second annual religious freedom report, "The sad truth is that religious intolerance remains far too common in far too many places."

FUNNY ISN'T IT?

Funny how simple it is
for people to trash God ...
and then wonder why most of the
world's going to hell.

Funny how we believe
what the newspapers say,
but question what
the Bible says.

Funny how everyone
wants to go to heaven
provided they do not have to believe,
think, say, or do anything the Bible says.
Or is it scary?

Funny how someone can say
"I believe in God"

but still follow Satan (who, by
the way, also "believes" in God).

Funny how you can send a thousand
'jokes' through e-mail
and they spread like wildfire,
but when you start sending
messages regarding the Lord,
people think twice about sharing.

Funny how the lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene pass freely
through cyberspace,
but the public discussion of Jesus
is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Funny, isn't it?

Funny how someone can be so
fired up for Christ on Sunday,
but be an invisible Christian
the rest of the week.
Are you laughing?

Funny how when you go to
forward this message,
you will not send it to many
on your address list because
you're not sure what they believe,
or what they will think of you
for sending it to them.

Funny how I can be more worried
about what other people think of me
than what God thinks of me.

Are you thinking?
Girl

small victim of christian persecution.

Grace be unto you.
