THE ONLY WAY TO PLEASE GOD

Did you know that "without faith it is impossible to please GOD, For he
that comes to God must believe that he is, and that God is a rewarder of
them that diligently seek him"

Why, if it is so easy to please him by doing something so simple like just
believing he exists and that what he said is true, do we have such a hard
time doing it. Would our friends care for us if every time they said
something we doubted them or questioned them. Try to give God a chance.

Do you think God has feelings that can be hurt?. Maybe we should learn to
treat him as a person, and not insult him by questioning and doubting
every promise that he makes. We can't expect to get answers to prayer as
long as we continue in such an attitude?

How can we come to God and ask him for something and then tell him by our acts, and innermost feelings that we do not believe him and cannot trust
him to the extent that he demands?

Is it any wonder that we get so few prayers answered by such a procedure?
The greatest miracle of all is that he ever answers us once. God is under
no obligation to answer if we do not have implicit faith in him for what we
ask.

Many times we as Christians say "I want my life to please the Lord" and
are thinking about good conduct and good works, but you can do both of these and still not please God. Nowhere does it say in the Bible that "Without right conduct and good works it is impossible to please God",

God said WITHOUT FAITH it is impossible to please him.

FAITH IS believing God without a waver, without doubting, and without
questioning what he says. It is taking God at his word, believing that
what he has promised he is able to perform it. It is believing not only that
he is able, but that he will do it.

FAITH is the quality of counting those things that be not as though they
were (Romans 4:17). Faith is also the absolute conviction that what God
has promised and what we have asked according to his word is done already. It is the "substance of things hoped for and the first payment on things that we desire from God". (Hebrews 11:1-3).

THE FIGHT OF FAITH

It is not the easiest thing in the world to live in the faith life. There
is a fight to it, and the Bible plainly says just that, "Fight the good
fight of faith" in 1st Timothy 6:12. I think some people read the first word
"fight" and quit right there. Some must think it says, "Fight other
churches or fellow Christians".

I have seen preachers pull off their coat, loosen their tie, roll up their
sleeves, and say, "I'm going to fight the devil". I thought to myself as I
sat there, You wouldn't be any match for him. Why would they want to fight
him anyway, when Jesus already defeated him.

I have seen them go through the same motions and declare, "I'm going to
fight sin" Again, I thought, why do they want to do that? Jesus has
already cured it. He put it away by the sacrifice of himself.

Hebrews 9:26 says "For then must he often have suffered since the
foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he
appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. There is no sin problem, there is a sinner problem. Get the sinner to Jesus and that cures that. He has already cured the sin problem.

WHO ARE WE REALLY FIGHTING

Ephians 6:12 tells us "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but
against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness
of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Smith Wigglesworth, a famous Christian Healer from the early 1900's said
"There is something about believing God that will cause him to pass over a
million people just to get to you".

According to Romans 10:17 The way to get faith is "by hearing the word of
God", and the way to use faith is to take God at his word and count him
faithful in granting what is asked in the name of JESUS. Ask and then
believe that it is done. Thank GOD for it as if it were already done.
Expect the complete answer whether you see it at once or not.

Forget symptoms, feelings, impossibilities, or anything to the contrary
and it shall be done regardless of how impossible it may appear outwardly.
Faith laughs at impossibilities, and cries, "IT IS DONE"

It leaves all results and all answers with God as being God's part, and it
assumes that it is done. Our part than is to cooperate with faith and not
hinder its working, by doubting and questioning the how and when of the
answer.

If a Christian will truly exercise faith that he knows, is necessary,
there will be no question as to the answer. One can get healing, health,
success in business or in any undertaking. prosperity, happiness, or anything that would cause one to be victorious in any phase of life (Check out Matthew 17:20; 21:22; Mark 11:22-24; John 15:7, 16; Romans 8:32: Hebrews 11:6; James1:5-8).

Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer,
believing, ye shall receive.

LET US ALL WALK IN FAITH TODAY!!
