Saints,
This past week
I was reading a copy of a Christian Newspaper
and I cited something very startling, but
somewhat expected. It reads, “The president’s
faith-based initiative provides staff, private
contributions and tax dollars to religious
social service groups. Steve Crampton, an
attorney with the American Family Association
Center for Law & Policy, said faith-based
programs have been proven effective - but
governmental money comes with strings attached.
‘If you’ve got homeless people [helping] feed
other homeless folks, that’s the kind of thing
that faith-based initiative money can aid in,’
Crampton explained. ‘But as soon as you start
using that same format and have an evangelistic
prayer over your meal, that’s the kind of thing
the government says you can’t do.’ And while
Crampton said Bush’s initiative may have some
strong points, it also could hamper the gospel
being preached. For example, government
restrictions would not allow faith-based groups
receiving federal dollars to
evangelize.”
EVANGELISM
FUTURE WAR
Now, there is
so much I would like to say from this angle but
let me start with what was proclaimed this year,
“Evangelism!” In order to hinder the
evangelistic onslaught of churches in America,
the good old ‘buck’ is used to flatter our leaders.
Prior to this, I heard one apostolic leader in
particular said, “We need to get some of this
money in our apostolic church circles.” Without
a doubt, statements like these can be honest and
sincere but the above facts showed that such a
venture by us would prove disastrous, though it
is enticing and looks beneficial. I don’t know
how to put it anymore, to let believers
understand that the devil and his angels are
cunning perpetrators, beyond our imaginations.
Remember what was said in “Don’t Compromise Part
2”, “They are sometimes the most Charismatic of
Preachers and Pastors and without a trace have
an assembly falling away without them knowing.
You see, the scripture says “who is it that will
harm you if you be the followers of that which
is good.” This is not a command, but a
principle. If you, as a fallen angel, go into a
church to destroy it from within, to survive you
must be philanthropic, kind, sincere, loving and
posses other good characteristic on the
outside.”
Devils already
know that they can’t touch the believers, to an
extent, so they have to use devices and
craftiness to get us. Devils are not going to
come up to you in a horrendous form; they are
going to come as brothers, sisters, relatives,
businessmen, sincere leaders and other people
that look like they are there for you. Though,
I’m fully persuaded that every leader on the
face of the planet is set up by God, both ‘good’
and ‘evil;’ Nevertheless, the enemy can try to
influence them to get at you. If he could trick
King David, the man after God’s own heart, to
number the people, which resulted in the death
of many. He can sure influence a few unsaved
leaders to agitate the believers through
legislator.
“And Satan
stood up against Israel, and provoked David to
number Israel” (1 Chronicles 21:1). Who did he
stand up against, David or Israel? Israel, the
believers! He couldn’t wipe them out because God
had a hedge around them and even all their wars
with the Devil controlled nations were
victorious. So, as he has been doing since day
one, he tries to get us to murder ourselves. You
might say, it seems so simply; just to get David
to number Israel. Well look at the implications:
“So the LORD sent pestilence upon Israel: and
there fell of Israel seventy thousand men. And
God sent an angel unto Jerusalem to destroy it”
(21:14-15). To do what? To destroy
it.
You might say,
“just a little funds from the government after
all it will boost the church and with that
people will come.” David might have thought the
same thing, “counting Israel may be beneficial
for Israel.” But like all deceptions the enemy
throws at us, it will seem beneficial,
philanthropic and even biblical. Why? No
deception can enter your heart unless it has an
appealing or sensitive open door. No lie can be
told without mixing elements of truth with it.
For instance, ‘Jesus, jump off this peak, don’t
you know God will give his angels charge over
you to bear you up.’ Which is right in and of
itself, but contextual, no way: As Christ
explained in his answer. ‘Eve, eat this fruit
and you’ll be like gods.’ That’s not all wrong
either. Look what the Psalmist said, “I have
said, ye are gods; and all of you are children
of the most high” (Ps. 82:6). I won’t even go
into that now, but the point is, when the devil
is ready to deceive he uses subtly ways that
appeals to us. The ex-satanist Emmanuel Amos
said that in a meeting with satan with other
Satanists, he was told by the snake himself to
use three things at us, “Money, Women and Sex.”
These things, in and of themselves, aren’t bad.
But they can be used for bad; as all things can.
But these three things are inherent, appealing,
easily sensitized, so-called necessities and
will stay with us forever. As one scripture
says, “money answereth all things” (Ecc
10:19).
ITS
DEVELOPMENT
In a tract
entitled, “Is your church
apart of the New World Order?” we
find the following:
According to
this list, excerpted from a list of 30
requirements for 501(c) (3) Churches. Put out by
the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue
Service Pub 1826 (9-94) Cat. no. 21096G,
churches must:
1.
Be incorporated (BECOME A
BUSINESS)
2. Have a recognized creed
and "IRS approved form of worship."
(Obvious)
3. Have "IRS approved code of
doctrine". (Obvious and blasphemous)
4. Have
ordained ministers educated in "state accredited
colleges."

Be "neutral on political issues." (We
pray)
6. "Have tax exempt status issued by
IRS."
7. Pastor must answer to the IRS as to
"daily activities of the church."
(Obvious)
8. The IRS must be privy to "all
financial transactions" of the church.

9. Pastor must supply "names of all
donors"- make books records
available.
(Obvious)
10. May only use "IRS
approved" fundraising methods. (Stifle the move
of God)
11. Pastor will be "called to account
over any stand taken against the tax
system." (Obvious)
12. Church "must
advocate and support racial integration."
(Obvious)
13. May "not" engage in activities
"opposing pornography."

belong to parents" rather than

(Those
requirements only pertain to churches that want
to escape paying taxes. One other thing not
mentioned in those clauses is that you can’t
preach against homosexuality, amongst other
things. Most businesses cannot operate at a
profit today because of taxes. In fact, most
small businessmen are either forced to cheat on
their taxes and lie to the government simply to
make ends meet and to feed their
families.)
In other words,
unknown to many Apostolic Pastors and leaders,
their church is under the influence of the
Government who can be influenced by satan. This
was done innocently and more than likely wanting
to look and be like the Catholic/Protestant
churches with beautiful buildings and organized
infrastructure; unknowingly. Unfortunately, many
have signed away the “church” in this effort. I
didn’t want to say anything about this, because
all Apostolic churches in America have this
agreement with the IRS and non would opt to
break loose from it. So I thought to be silent
and you not knowing would have a plea of
ignorance – with me not being hated for
challenging the norm. Plus, these clauses are
not readily carried out and when they do, I
believe most true believers will react.
Like the Executive
orders (a set of rules created to
fully take over country in a crisis), these IRS
clauses just lay there waiting for a turning
point for the government to march in and take
over your assembly, legally. That is, if you
don’t preach what they require you wont get
federal funding and tax breaks; which will
plummet the assembly in ‘ruins’. With this in
mind those who are not fire brand, Holy Ghost
preachers will rather compromise and deny Christ
than say “naked I come, naked I shall
return.”
DANIEL THE
YOUTH/TEEN
I was reading this morning Daniel
6 and it showed the example of a true
non-compromising believer. King Darius had just
taken over from Nebuchadnezzar’s son and had
appointed princes over the providence. “Then
this Daniel was preferred above the presidents
and princes, because an excellent spirit was in
him; and the king thought to set him over the
whole realm” (Dan 6:3).
However, his companions didn’t
like that and sought to use the government
against him: “Then the presidents and princes
sought to find occasion against Daniel
concerning the kingdom; but they could find none
occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was
faithful, neither was there any error or fault
found in him. Then said these men, We shall not
find any occasion against this Daniel, except we
find it against him concerning the law of his
God. Then these presidents and princes assembled
together to the king, and said thus unto him,
King Darius, live for ever. All the presidents
of the kingdom, the governors, and the princes,
the counsellors, and the captains, have
consulted together to establish a royal statute,
and to make a firm decree, that whosoever shall
ask a petition of any God or man for thirty
days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast
into the den of lions. Now, O king, establish
the decree, and sign the writing, that it be not
changed, according to the law of the Medes and
Persians, which altereth not” (Dan 6:4-8).
As explained in the third chapter,
the devil can’t touch you so they have to find
something within “Christianity” to get at you;
as seen with Daniel. They know he has to pray
and they know we inherently have to assembly and
evangelize. So lets make a law to violate what
they must inherently do and when it is violated
bam. Give them the building, like Daniel
quarters, and freedom to worship but when the
time is right we’ll come in and cut them off.
Now that you know the law, are you going to be
like Daniel or quiver under the treats to shut
you down or imprison you? Look what a true Holy
Ghost preacher did:
“Now when Daniel knew that the
writing was signed, he went into his house; and
his windows being open in his chamber toward
Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times
a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his
God, as he did aforetime” (Dan 6:10).
I love Daniel so much, he’s
“bare-face” like me! The scripture says he knew
the Law, went to his room, not quietly or in
secret but opened the windows and prayed. In
other words, “you fools, look, I’m praying to my
God!” What a bold non-compromising stands. But
when you know your God and your eternal abode,
you fear nothing and could care-less what is
legislated. Even more, the heathen King love
Daniel so much he went on fasting, “Then the
king went to his palace, and passed the night
fasting” (Dan 6:18) and even prophesied, “Now
the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God
whom thou servest continually, he will deliver
thee” (Dan 6:16). With such an anointing on
Daniel and now us, why fear? Why compromise? Why
succumb to the “almighty” buck. God is able! God
is able! God is able!
You know the rest of the story:
“My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the
lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me:
forasmuch as before him innocency was found in
me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no
hurt” (Dan 6:22). I marvel at the Character of
Daniel and many of us still can’t match it, but
through Jesus Christ justification (Heb 10:14)
innocency is also found in you and before men.
So then, you have a cleanliness far greater than
Daniel and God will more than send his angels to
defend you and see you through.
However, as I was closing the
bible, wiping the ‘matter’ from my eye and
getting up from the place I was sleeping, I
glanced at the one thing about Daniel we must
posses to activate this supernatural experience.
It wasn’t because he was bold, fearless, posses
an outstanding character or a Hebrew, but
because as the scripture said, “Daniel was taken
up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was
found upon him, because he believed in
his God” (Dan 6:23). He did what?
“Believed in his God!”
WHY WRITE
THIS?
Saints of the Most High God both
young and old do not let this fire die out which
was given unto us from the Apostles and the
chief himself, Jesus. We are to go into all the
world and preach this gospel and doctrine
unhindered. And if anything seems to hinder us,
Paul relates that we should “lay aside every
weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset
us, and let us run with patience the race that
is set before us” (Heb 12:1). If taking money
from the Government or any source is going to
hinder the move of God, go broke. God is able to
make all grace abound (increase) unto you. Think
of the five thousand and four thousand fed or
the money in the fish’s mouth.
We don’t need an elaborate
building to have ‘church’ or function
effectively. Actually, the Greek rendering for
the term church used in the New Testament and
“ecclesia” in the Septuagint (Greek Old
Testament) means “called out ones.” Not a
building, facility or any man made
infrastructure. Wherever the “called out ones”
are there you have the church or the Kingdom of
God. Remember we said in an earlier letter, “The
kingdom is present. For Jesus the kingdom was
already present in his own person and ministry,
and appeared visibly in the casting out of
demons, satan’s power had been broken (Lk
11:17). It was also signified by the many other
works that Jesus did, as he reassured John the
Baptist (Mt. 11:2). This proclamation of the
kingdom is also a reality offered now, not just
in the future (Mk 2:11). It is a Kingdom without
walls or in essence, it’s everywhere and
anywhere; "for now is come salvation, and
strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the
power of his Christ" (Rev 12:10). The Kingdom of
God is within you (Lk 17:21).”
God will make his grace abound to
you not only in needed funds but abilities,
ingenuity, creativity, improvising and Holy
Ghost unexpected miracles. Believe on the Lord,
he did it for me and many have received this
doctrine money free through this ministry. Let
us be like Daniel who “Believed in his
God!”
