Many
blessings my friend,
Our
website and newsletter ministries have been
revived since August this year and many have
been with us and you are still here yourself. I
must take the time out to heartily thank you,
especially to those who have written to us.
Sometimes I wonder if anyone is listening but
your continued support show me that God’s grace
is still using this method of communication to
reach those who are in need of that particular
letter. Here is a reply I got from the last
letter to show that it’s worth your time to open
our newsletters:
"This
was my very first time reading an article from
the newsletter and I was extremely impressed. I
am from Jamaica and recieved the link via a
friend of yours but never read any of the mails
sent to me.
WHY?
It's my belief that anything sent in bulk was
not originally intended for me and therefore
could not be worth my while. Cool, I was wrong.
It might not have been personal mail (i.e. it's
bulk mail) but I was certainly uplifted and
blest. Thank you." (Samantha Barret).
THIS
SEASON
Yes,
it’s still Christmas and we are still bombarded
with the sentiments and frame of mind of the
season. One such delusion is the often feeling
that you're alone. My dear friend, nothing could
be farther from the truth. Even if you’re
physically without anyone around you, God is
with you. Here is what Jesus said in that
respect, "Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now
come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to
his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am
not alone, because the Father is with me." (John
16:32). God is with you, often called the
"comforter" (If your comforter doesn't talk to
you, you need the new/real comforter). Moreover,
you have many brothers and sisters in the Lord
and believe you at this time...
1.At
least 5 people in this world love you so much
they would die for you
2.At
least 15 people in this world love you in some
way.
3.The
only reason anyone would ever hate you is
because they want to be just like you.
4.A
smile from you can bring happiness to anyone,
even if they don't like you.
5.Every night,
SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to
sleep.
6.You
mean the world to someone.
7.If
not for you, someone may not be living.
8.You
are special and unique.
9.Someone that
you don't know even exists loves you.
10.When you
make the biggest mistake ever, soemthing good
comes from it.
11.When you
think the world has turned its back on you, take
a look: you most likely turned your back on the
world.
12.When you
think you have no chance at getting what you
want, you probably won't get it, but if you
believe in yourself, you probably sooner later
will get it.
13.Always
remember complements you received. Forget about
the rude remarks.
14.Always tell
someone how you feel about them; you will feel
much better when they know.
15.If
you have a great friend, take the time to let
them know that they're great.
ANOTHER
DELUSION
Another
delusion is that you’re weird, an outcast, a
freak etc. That is, if you don’t celebrate the
world’s holiday called Christmas. Therefore, one
becomes intimidated and tries to fit in. Before
I cushion that with scriptures, look at many
Muslims who don’t celebrate Christmas; are you
going to intimidate them, yet they don’t have
the spirit of God? Beloved, lay hold to eternal
life and be not entangled with the system of the
world. Christ our savior told us these two
things, do you think it would be different now;
especially in the time we are in;
"If
the world hate you, ye know that it hated me
before [it hated] you. If ye were of the world,
the world would love his own: but because ye are
not of the world, but I have chosen you out of
the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Remember the word that I said unto you, The
servant is not greater than his lord. If they
have persecuted me, they will also persecute
you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep
yours also. But all these things will they do
unto you for my name's sake, because they know
not him that sent me. If I had not come and
spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now
they have no cloke for their sin."(John
15:18-22)
"And
the brother shall deliver up the brother to
death, and the father the child: and the
children shall rise up against their parents,
and cause them to be put to death. And ye shall
be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he
that endureth to the end shall be saved. But
when they persecute you in this city, flee ye
into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye
shall not have gone over the cities of Israel,
till the Son of man be come. The disciple is not
above his master, nor the servant above his
lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be
as his master, and the servant as his lord. If
they have called the master of the house
Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of
his household? Fear them not therefore"(Matt.
10:21-28)
There
is a glorious day I away and last night I leaped
in my bed while reading Isaiah and the coming of
the thousand year reign with Christ. My dear
friends, it will be worth it! The life you
lived, the time spent in prayer, the sacrifices
of praises to God, the money forsaken for the
work of the Lord, the opportunities missed to
advance the kingdom of God, time spent reading
his word, love shown to your "enemies" and many
more things forsaken for the sake of Jesus
Christ and his righteous cause in you! It will
be all worth it! Stand! Stand! And continue to
stand!
God
bless you. Thanks for being apart of the list
this year. Have a wonderful New Year and be
blessed in the Lord.
Oneil.
