Another thing,
here’s another appeal to all South Floridian in
the way of personal evangelism. On May 3 there
will be the “Air and Sea show” on the Ft.
Lauderdale beaches. Usually many will be in
attendance, especially with the “success” in
Iraq. This is a fruitful ground for evangelizing
and we ask as many born again believers to be in
attendance handing out tracts where permissible.

DEMONS
AND THE KINGDOM OF GOD
We have been
dealing much with the Kingdom of God and it’s
implications; that’s all Christ preached about
when he was teaching to the multitudes. A
section that is not taught in our circles
anymore is the casting out of demons and
identifying demonology at work. You cannot be an
effective born again believer and not have sound
knowledge in demonology; because the whole new
Kingdom of believers are immediately at war
with, as ex-slaves to demons. You cannot be a
true sanctified Holy Ghost believer and not run
into demons often, especially in America. This
is somewhat the essence of the Kingdom of God to
the individual, because before this we were
plagued and controlled by devils. The Kingdom of
God was presented to us because of their
existence; in other words, if satan and his
angels weren’t around, man would be able to
serve God fully and keep his commandment. This
is seen with Adam, he didn’t need salvation
because he was always inline with God. But then
came along Lucifer to trick him, which pulled
him away from God and then possessed his seed.
Then came murderers, whoremongers and all evil
on God’s perfect creation. In essence, the whole
salvation is meant to deal with demonology and
casting out demons. As Christ himself said, “But
if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then
the kingdom of God is come unto you” (Matt
12:28). In other words, if you don’t cast out
demons in your church you’re not doing what God
wants us to do and that is, to save souls.
Remember, the Kingdom of God is within you (Lk
17:21) and not the things around us we associate
with church. So if devils are in an individual
(soul not body) how can they inherit eternal
life or be free, whiles the place where the
kingdom of God should be is occupied by them?
Remember God said that if you cast out demons
from an individual then the Kingdom of God is
come to them (Matt 12:28); they are now free to
choose Christ.
However, today
our churches have become so wealthy that such
things are pushed aside and replaced with pretty
things like “counseling,” “sit in the back
bench,” “it’s a personality disorder,” “the
doctor said it’s a rare medical problem” and
things on that line. What this does is push
aside someone who really needs deliverance so as
to have church as usual. Saints of the most high
God, demonology is not to be pushed aside it is
the essence of having church. If God wanted
praises he could raise up stones to praise him.
He wants people free! He wants people delivered!
He wants soul saved! He wants us redeemed to
him! Demonology is the root problem of this. And
we are commanded and given the power to cast
them out (Mark 16:16). So what if the church
service is messed up or your nice garments are
soiled while the possessed are in a frenzy. God
didn’t call us to build lovely Cathedrals, he
called us to cast out demons – to free people
that the kingdom of God might also come unto
them (Matt 12:28). Counseling is good, talking
out your problems is good, but commanding that
devil out of your life is best. All other
churchy things we do to rectify problems are
only fiddling with symptoms while the sickness
go unattended.
This Kingdom is
a Kingdom of Power. For Jesus the kingdom was
already present in his own person and ministry,
and appeared visibly in the casting out of
demons, satan’s power had been broken (Lk
11:17). It was also signified by the many other
works that Jesus did, as he reassured John the
Baptist (Mt. 11:2). This proclamation of the
kingdom is also a reality offered now, not just
in the future (Mk 2:11). "For now is come
salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our
God, and the power of his Christ" (Rev 12:10).
Our churches
have become too sophisticated; with elaborate
conferences, ministries for this and that,
banqueting, “show bizing” and much of the
similitude of the world. Not that all these
things are wrong but we often miss the mark by
not casting out devils and dealing with the
essence of our problems. Often times when asking
another saint “why don’t you cast out devils?”
The reply would be, “that’s not my ministry I
work in the music ministry.” WRONG! Casting out
devils is everybody’s ministry as Christ said,
“these signs shall follow them that believe; In
my name shall they cast out devils; they shall…”
(Mark 16:16).
Are you a born
again believer? Then Christ is saying, “Why are
you not casting out devils?” “Why are you not
delivering people and saving souls by commanding
that foul spirit to leave?” Even further, “Why
are you not commanding the squatter (devil) off
your body and free yourself?” Casting out demons
is every born again believers business, to
others and themselves. Just this week I was
coming from classes and this foul spirit,
whether from there or while commuting, came upon
me. It started to act on my body without my
will; I got angry and began to pray in
transition to cast it out. Suddenly it leaped
out through my mouth before I could cast it out.
I sense that it was afraid. Reason being, these
devils know I don’t play, because once I cast
out demons they are going strait to the abyss or
torment permanently, as against Jesus who had
mercy on one by sending him into the pigs. You
have authority to send them anywhere, even to
the abyss before their time. I kind of wonder
why Jesus had mercy on a devil, but with us,
cast that “sucker” out and move on. You’re not
immune to attacks, but have the power “kill,
destroy and beat down any devil” according to
your faith. You have great power and authority
in Jesus name. Use it! “Behold, I give unto you
power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy: and nothing
shall by any means hurt you.” (Lk 10:19). Use
it! Use it. Use it, in Jesus name! Stop trying
to be cute, nice or politically correct. You’re
automatically in the line of fire and it’s
either kill or be killed! Use your authority to
free yourself and others. Here’s a little
outline I wrote years ago:
God’s
initial solution for Demons:
“And GOD saw
that the wickedness of man was great in the
earth, and that every imagination of the
thoughts of his heart was only evil
continually.”(Gen 6:5)
“And the LORD
said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is
great, and because their sin is very
grievous”(Gen 18:20)
The
Law’s solution for dealing with
Demons:
“If a man have
a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not
obey the voice of his father, or the voice of
his mother, and that, when they have chastened
him, will not hearken unto them: Then shall his
father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring
him out unto the elders of his city, and unto
the gate of his place; And they shall say unto
the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn
and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he
is a glutton, and a drunkard. And all the men of
his city shall stone him with stones, that he
die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you;
and all Israel shall hear, and fear.”(Duet
21:18-21)
“A man also or
woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a
wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall
stone them with stones: their blood shall be
upon them.”(Lev 20:27)
However,
because “we wrestle not against flesh and
blood,” but against spirits, when the host or
it’s enfleshment is dead it just finds another
host to cohabitate or some other means of having
a earth suit (flesh). So then Christ came with
the only true solution.
Christ’s
solution for dealing with
Demons:
“I am the way,
the truth, and the life”(John 14:6)
“For I am come
to set a man at variance against his father, and
the daughter against her mother, and the
daughter in law against her mother in law”(Matt
10:35)
“I tell you, in
that night there shall be two men in one bed;
the one shall be taken, and the other shall be
left”(Lk 17:34)
Christ
solution in Action:
“The Spirit of
the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me
to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent
me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach
deliverance to the captives, and recovering of
sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that
are bruised”(Lk 4:18)
“And when he
was come out of the ship, immediately there met
him out of the tombs a man with an unclean
spirit” “For he said unto him, Come out of the
man, thou unclean spirit.” (Mark
5:2,8)
“When Jesus saw
that the people came running together, he
rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou
dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of
him, and enter no more into him.”(Mark
9:25)
“And Jesus came
and spake unto them, saying, All power is given
unto me in heaven and in earth”(Matt
28:18)
“When the even
was come, they brought unto him many that were
possessed with devils: and he cast out the
spirits with his word, and healed all that were
sick:”(Matt 8:16)
Our
solution for Dealing with
Demons:
“The disciple
is not above his master: but every one that is
perfect shall be as his master.”(Lk
6:40)
“But ye shall
receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come
upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both
in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria,
and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”(Acts
1:8)
“Behold, I give
unto you power to tread on serpents and

“Go ye into all
the world, and preach the gospel to every
creature. He that believeth and is baptized
shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall

shall take up serpents; and if they drink any
deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall
lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
(Mark 16:15-18)
Our
solution in Action:
“And when the
day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all
with one accord in one place. And suddenly there
came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty
wind, and it filled all the house where they
were sitting. And there appeared unto them
cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon
each of them. And they were all filled with the
Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other
tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. And
there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout
men, out of every nation under heaven.”(Acts
2:1-5)
“And it came to
pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel
possessed with a spirit of divination met us,
which brought her masters much gain by
soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and
cried, saying, These men are the servants of the
most high God, which shew unto us the way of
salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul,
being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I
command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come
out of her. And he came out the same hour.”(Acts
16:16-18)
“But Peter put
them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed;
and turning him to the body said, Tabitha,
arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw
Peter, she sat up. And he gave her his hand, and
lifted her up, and when he had called the saints
and widows, presented her alive. And it was
known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in
the Lord”(Acts 9:40-42)
“And it came to
pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a
fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered
in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and
healed him.” (Acts 28:8)
Caution
with our solution:
“And the evil
spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul
I know; but who are ye?”(Acts 19:15)
“Beloved,
believe not every spirit, but try the spirits
whether they are of God: because many false
prophets are gone out into the world.”(1 John
4:1)
“Behold, what
manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us,
that we should be called the sons of God:
therefore the world knoweth us not, because it
knew him not.”(1 John 3:1)
“But he
answered and said unto him that told him, Who is
my mother? and who are my brethren? And he
stretched forth his hand toward his disciples,
and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! For
whosoever shall do the will of my Father which
is in heaven, the same is my brother, and
sister, and mother.”(Matt 12:48-50)
“Howbeit this
kind goeth not out but by prayer and
fasting”(Matt 17:21)
“My people are
destroyed for lack of knowledge”(Hosea
4:6)
Assurance
of our solution:
“We know that
whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he
that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and
that wicked one toucheth him not” (I John
5:18)
“Beloved, now
are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet
appear what we shall be: but we know that, when
he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we
shall see him as he is”(I John 3:2)
Saints of the
most high God I like the last caution above, “My
people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge.” The
word knowledge there is the same word used for
knowing someone intimately, as in “Adam knew
Eve.” So the correct rending of that text should
be “my people are destroyed for lack of knowing
me.” It’s kind of sad that the word “knowledge”
was used to deter greatly from the meaning.
Knowledge is too vast of a word because you
can’t know everything and knowing doesn’t
necessarily guarantee not being destroyed. But
what that scripture meant to say is herald in
this verse, “For the people that know their God
shall be strong and do exploits” (Hos 4:6). In
other words, it’s after having an intimate
relationship with Jesus through his spirit and
word then you can do great things, like casting
out devils. No wonder some of them cannot go
unless you “fast and
pray” (Matt 17:21).
Saints of the
most high God I implore you to not only to
“contend for the faith that was once delivered
unto the saints,” in regards to Acts 2:38 but
all of it; which includes casting out devils and
demons.
